Physical Therapy (PT) is provided by a licensed Physical Therapist that promotes, maintains, or restores health through physical interventions and rehabilitation due to illnesses or injuries that limit a person's abilities to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives.
Speech Therapy is provided by a licensed Speech–Language Pathologist (SLP) that devotes their time to treating patients who may struggle with disorders that affect speech and communication, cognitive-communication, voice, and/or swallowing.
Equine Therapy, or Equine-Assisted Therapy (EAT), encompasses a range of treatments that involve activities with horses to promote human physical and mental health. Therapeutic riding is used to relax, and develop muscle tone, coordination, confidence, and well-being.
Music Therapy, within a therapeutic relationship, should always be provided by a credentialed professional. Psychotherapy, or talk therapy, is modified for children to incorporate a
form of talk therapy while the child plays.
Play therapy involves personal interactions, that help a trained psychotherapist evaluate and treat a child based on the types of play they engage in. Play therapy is used when a child is too young to have developed autonomy or their own identity later on in adolescence.

Direct services are characterized as billable ABA services that are provided directly to the client [your child] by an RBT, BCaBA, and or BCBA. Direct sessions can occur in your home, at their school, or in the community
The client must be present during direct ABA services, and they cannot be asleep for longer than 15 minutes. If they take a nap in the middle of our session, we are ethically obligated to stop our sessions until they wake up. The same goes if your child is sick.
Ongoing RBT/BCaBA Supervision of at least 5% of the monthly ABA billable hours is required by our credentialing board, the BACB.
Amanda, our BCBA, always aims to provide 10% oversight monthly to ensure procedural fidelity of all behavior analytic services.
Parent training is provided by a BCBA or BCaBA outside direct therapy when an RBT is present. This allows us time to work directly with parents and caregivers to provide support and answer any questions that come up outside of our ABA sessions.
Group sessions will be provided in a clinical or community setting to facilitate social and peer play for our clients.
Our plan for 2023, is to have a monthly event, where our clients, their siblings, and families come together to do fun activities that build your learners' sense of community.
If therapy is canceled, we did not provide any billable ABA services. Hours go unused with your insurance company (unless made up later in the authorization period), and your provider loses billable hou
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, to ensure that our employees are able to earn a living wage.
We understand things happen. Hey, we may have to cancel too. But the most important thing is to keep communication open and let us know as far in advance as possible when you do need to cancel.
